Evie grew up in a family that always had a camera at hand. Her Grandma, being a historian, always insisted on taking family group shots when everyone was together.
In August 2007, Evie went with a group to Ghana, Western Africa. Here they helped clear a site and dig foundations for a school in a remote village in the Ashanti region. They played with the village children and experienced the culture first hand. The trip changed what she wanted to do in the photography industry.
Portraiture has always been Evie's main interest, taking photographs of friends, models and children. She now wishes to photograph and show the faces of people less fortunate than ourselves.
